Spring Recreational Soccer - Teams are FULL -

Note: All teams are full and we are no longer accepting players to the waiting list. If you wish to register for Fall Soccer starting in September 2012 to March 2013 please contract the office at 604-859-3033

The Spring Soccer League has been operating for 6 years now. It was established to provide an alternative to the structured, competitive nature of fall soccer. The Spring Soccer League is geared towards boys and girls who want to play purely for the fun of the sport. There is a less competitive edge to it. Results of regular season games are not recorded. Standings are not kept except for the U11/12 & U13/14 age groups. Teams are not required to practice.

Players just attend games twice per week and play. There is no tiering of teams into divisions of different levels. All teams play at the same level. Many new players play in the Spring Soccer League as do some established fall rep players. The teams are formed as fairly as possible by evenly distributing rep players amongst the teams.

All players at all age groups will receive a T-shirt and all age groups end the season with a Pizza Night after their final game.

As always the involvement of parents as team coach/managers is important to the success of the league. A thorough knowledge of the game is not required. Just your enthusiasm and ability to organize, encourage and support your players is all we look for. Please indicate on your child’s registration form if you are interested in coaching your child’s Spring League team.

Below is a sample of which age groups may be offered in the Spring Soccer Program. These groups are all subject to number of players who register.

U7/8 will be co-ed and play on Mon & Wed nights, 6:00PM at Terry Fox Elementary starting April 2

U9/10 will be co-ed and play on Tue & Thur nights, 6:00PM at Terry Fox Elementary starting Apr 3
