CANCELLATION OF MARCH 2, 2013 LOTTERY AND

REFUND INFORMATION

To All Supporters of the MFMFC 2013 Car Lottery:

     It is with great regret that our club announces the cancellation of the 2013 Car Lottery.  Due to a lack of appropriate paperwork and under the advice of the Gaming Commission, we are reconciling all ticket purchases and unsold tickets prior to providing refunds for those individuals purchasing a chance at winning the 2012 Ford Fiesta generously donated by Magnuson Ford in Abbotsford.

     We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and seek to ensure that all purchasers receive their refund as quickly as possible.  As you can appreciate, the refund process will be a challenge with so many tickets being sold and with varying degrees of information on the ticket stubs.  We endeavour to connect with all purchasers via email, phone, and information posted on our website.

To help us expedite your refund, we ask that you respond to the email address below with your preference.

OPTION 1:  Please mail me a cheque for my refund to this address: 

Include your mailing address with postal code

OPTION 2:  I will pick up my refund cheque at the Soccer Office

Include your full name and phone number.  A cheque will be created and ready for you at the office within the week

OPTION 3:  Please keep my ticket purchase as a donation towards the Abbotsford Soccer Association’s work with the youth in the area.

     It is critical that we keep accurate records of all refunds and information pertaining to refunds.  By responding to the email address below, we will have a record of your response for future reference and will quickly work to take care of your choice of options.
